Bill Goodwin Jr., is the owner and President of The Goodwin Group, Inc. Real Estate Services, a Charleston based company specializing in real estate appraisals, sales and consulting.

Jason Flippen

Jason Flippen specializes in real estate appraisal and practices residential real estate.
Jason a native of Virginia and a 2003 graduate of Hampden Sydney College with a degree in Economics. He has been licensed as a real estate appraiser for over 10 years, and also has over 5 years of licensed real estate experience. Jason has a vast knowledge of the residential market and primarily covers coastal South Carolina however the tri-county area is his focus.
