President
Our President, Bill Goodwin Jr., has held several real estate duties throughout his career. He has been mentored in business by his father Bill Goodwin Sr. who was president of Investors Real Estate, and his grandfather Issac Epps Sr. who was a famed brick mason and construction manager. His appraisal experience was sharpened under the tutelage of legendary lowcountry appraiser, Lou Knight.
